Tell the NHS about your health and care experiences during the pandemic
NHS and care services have had to quickly change the way they work and deliver services in response to COVID-19. Whilst NHS and care staff are doing everything they can to keep us well during this crisis, there might be things that can be improved. There might also be positive changes to your care.
NHS Calderdale CCG is working in partnership with Healthwatch Calderdale to gather feedback from anyone who has made contact with or tried to contact health and care services during the Covid -19 outbreak.
They would also like to hear from keyworkers who have worked in health and care services during this time. Whatever your experience – they want to hear from you. By filling in the survey you can help services to understand how you feel about the changes made to health and care services and the issues that are affecting you. In Calderdale the NHS wants to ensure that the positives in health and care during the Covid-19 outbreak are not lost and the negatives do not become the norm.
