The West Yorkshire Combined Authority has approved and adopted the Mayor’s West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan.
You can find the Plan on the Transport plans page of their website.
They carried out public and stakeholder engagement on the vision and objectives for the Plan in summer/autumn 2024, followed by a statutory consultation on the draft Plan between 29 July and 21 October 2025. You can find details of these on Your Voice. This includes consultation and engagement materials, outcome reports and a ‘You said, we listened’ document explaining how consideration of key points from the consultation feedback has contributed to production of the final Plan.
