Contacting the Police if you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired

West Yorkshire Police have introduced a couple of BSL Videos – one about contacting West Yorkshire Police if you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired and the other demonstrating how the 101BSL and ON-Demand service works. You can view those videos below:

In consultation with the deaf community, West Yorkshire Police have also created an A5 Contact Leaflet (pdf dwnload).

This video, signed in British Sign Language (BSL), explains the different ways that people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired can contact West Yorkshire Police in an emergency or non-emergency.
