This event welcomes older people and disabled people (including people with sensory, mobility, learning disabilities, long term health conditions, communication needs, and neurodivergent people), as well as carers, friends and family.

About the Event
Enjoy fresh air, connect with nature, meet new people and take time to recharge. We’ll move around the park together at a relaxed pace (walking or wheeling). We’ll also share a little about the park’s history and look out for plants and birds. We will take breaks as needed. Wear comfortable footwear and bring weather- appropriate clothing. Please bring a picnic if you would like. Tea and coffee will be provided.
