Microsoft’s in-built accessibility checker

You still need to know how to write a good image description, or how to format a table properly, or how to fix font and colour contrast problems. But the accessibility checker tool will highlight these issues for you (and more), tell you exactly where each issue is in the document, and take you to the right place to fix it.

This isn’t the answer to all your accessibility woes – you should still upskill yourself on accessibility and how to fix the issues. But this is a good way of finding potential issues quickly and a great starting point for any novice.
