Consultation: Support for disabled students

The National Deaf Children’s Society is inviting you to share your views on support for disabled students in England. Here’s what they have to say about the consultation:
The Government is seeking views on the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) system and whether it should change. Currently, deaf students have access to support such as British Sign Language interpreters, electronic notetakers, Teachers of the Deaf, and language support tutors through the DSA system. The Government wants to seek views on whether universities should organise and pay for this support in future, rather than students being responsible for the admin.
