Metro, the people who run buses and trains in west Yorkshire, have contacted us to let us know that the Sign Live system, which they use to enable British Sign Language (BSL) users to access BSL interpreting on demand when contacting them, has recently changed its name to Convo.
They would like to reassure users that there has been no change to how you can access the service. If you communicate using British Sign Language (BSL), you can still connect with their staff through Convo.
