Co-created with patients, carers and our staff, new patient information boards are beginning to appear across our wards over the coming weeks. The new boards have been designed to give patients, loved ones and our clinical teams more space to record important information. From preferred names and communication needs, to nutrition, hydration, falls risks and the things that will help patients feel comfortable during their stay.
