West Yorkshire Metro Adopts SignLive BSL Service

If you are deaf, have hearing loss or have difficulty speaking, West Yorkshire Metro (buses and trains) can now help you. Below is a video explaining the new service plus a text description below that.

SignLive is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of staff. It can also be used for face-to-face conversations when travelling through one of the bus stations in West Yorkshire. Please ask a staff member if you’d like to use SignLive, or scan a QR code on one of the SignLive posters at the bus station.
