On the 9th July, an interim report on the progress of the Timms Review was published, finding that PIP is “not fit for purpose.”
The campaigning group, Disability Rights UK said that “There are no surprises for Disabled people in the content of this report, but huge questions remain about where the Review is heading. With the hostile political backdrop, Disabled people are fully justified in being concerned about the scope of the Review recommendations, which is set to be published this autumn.”
