Survey: Help The Council Plan For Halifax’s Future

Calderdale Council are currently planning for the future of the town of Halifax and they’ve produced a survey to give you the chance to have your say and help them to create what they call a “Place Vision” for the town. Below is the Council’s introductory text for the survey:

We have been talking to people in Calderdale to find out what they want for the future of Halifax. Calderdale Council produced the Halifax Town Centre Delivery Plan back in 2014. We’re delivering that plan with funding secured from the UK Government and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. We know how proud everyone is of Halifax. People have told us so.

This year, we’ve been working with stakeholders to look beyond the next few years and figure out what should come next. We will use the next Place Vision for Halifax to secure future funding and present a compelling case for investment in the town. It isn’t just about capital projects. It’s about making sure we focus on doing the right things so that Halifax can thrive.

You can take the survey via the link below (you can also download and print a copy, which you can mail to them).
