Marie Curie Companions – End of Life Support

Marie Curie Companion Volunteers have been in touch with us to share some leaflets and posters to explain their service, who they can support and what types of support they offer. See below for details:

They are also looking for volunteers who will provide emotional and practical support for people living with a terminal illness, from diagnosis to end of life. They’re looking for volunteers, aged 18 or over, who can visit people in Yorkshire to talk about their wishes at the end of life. They need people with good listening skills and some
knowledge of IT. Contact them via: 01274 337 000 companions.westyorkshire@mariecurie.org.uk
