There is a shift in health and care services towards asking people and communities to manage their health and care, sometimes called ‘supported self-management’. While most people want to manage their own health, this can be challenging for many different reasons. West Yorkshire Voice – who feed back to local NHS – would like to know about what helps people to manage their health, what gets in the way of this and what worries them about ‘self-managing’.
West Yorkshire Voice would like to hear about your experiences and views!
Surveys:
- If you want to share your own experiences, either about managing your own health or supporting someone you care for to do so, please complete this survey: https://re-url.uk/WLSM
- If you work or volunteer with people and communities, particularly those who face multiple barriers to health and care services and to good health, please complete the professionals survey: https://re-url.uk/WLSK
It shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes to complete the survey. Please contact George on info@westyorkshirehealthwatch. co.uk, 07496 403 341 or 0113 898 0035 if you need any support with filling in this survey or want to share your views in another way.
