In this edition, Nicki meets up with Karen Graham from Calderdale-based advocacy organisation, Lead The Way, who support adults in the area who have a learning disability and their family carers. Karen gives us a real insight into a service that has to be flexible to cope with the needs of clients with a wide variety of support needs.
