An important current consultation concerns proposals to make changes to some of Calderdale’s wards.
The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) is asking for the views of local people on its proposed new electoral arrangements for Calderdale. It wants to know:
- Do the proposed wards reflect local communities?
- How do you think the proposals can be improved?
- Are the names of the proposed wards right?
The consultation is open until 22 January 2024.
