The Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) are partnering with Cloverleaf Advocacy to provide advocacy support to deaf people in Calderdale.
Their support includes:
- Care Act advocacy, where they are going through an assessment with social services and find it difficult. BSL video below:
- Mental Health advocacy, where they are in hospital or under a treatment order. BSL video below:
- Mental Capacity advocacy, where someone doesn’t have capacity around certain decision such as serious medical treatment, care reviews and moving placements.
