About Healthwatch
This survey is being run by Healthwatch, whose role is to make sure health and care decision makers listen to people’s experiences and use your feedback to improve care. The project has been commissioned by the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, whose role is to work in partnership with NHS organisations, councils, Healthwatch, hospices, charities and the community voluntary and social enterprise sector to improve the health and wellbeing of local people living in Bradford District & Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield District. The report Healthwatch writes based on your feedback will be shared with the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership and published online via the Healthwatch websites.
