Calderdale Dementia Hub and Memory Lane Café are holding a Carers Marketplace, for people with dementia and their carers to come along and speak to support and wellbeing organisations from across Calderdale. The event is to kick off Dementia Action Week (15th May – 22nd May). Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be available from 1pm onwards and you are welcome to join in with Memory Lane Café after the Marketplace.
