World Mental Health Day 10 October

Better Health – Every Mind Matters

Designed to empower people to look after their mental wellbeing. BH-EMM focuses on promoting mental wellbeing as well as addressing the four most commonly-reported, subclinical mental health concerns: anxiety, low mood, stress and trouble sleeping.

There are small things we can all do to help be kind to our mind and these can make a big difference to how we feel.

At its heart is the free, NHS-approved Mind Plan, available on the website. By answering five short questions – including questions on “Money work and housing” and “Life changes and difficult times” people get a personalised mental health action plan, providing practical tips to help them deal with stress and anxiety, boost their mood, sleep better and feel more in control as well as content on coping with money worries and job uncertainty.

For this year’s World Mental Health Day, Better Health is launching the latest phase of Every Mind Matters that shares the small things we can all do to be kind to our minds.
