Deaf & Hard of Hearing Consultation

Deaf and hard of hearing people are being encouraged to share their thoughts on the standards of care they receive at GPs, dentists, hospitals, and care homes, with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

CQC is particularly keen to hear from deaf and hard of hearing people about their experiences and has teamed up with Disability Rights UK to help make this easier. It has recently launched SignLive on its website, where people can provide feedback in BSL.
