Here are a few suggestions of where to get help should you have problems as 2022 gets underway.

Adults can find support for mental health at South West Yorkshire Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) an organisation which helps people through mental health, community, learning disability and wellbeing services across Calderdale. Find out more here.

There is a free and confidential 24/7 mental health support helpline available for anyone in Calderdale registered with a GP. It offers support and guidance on where you can access help.  Telephone 0800 183 0558 or visit their website for further contact details.

VitaMinds is a free, local NHS talking therapies service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help – the fastest way to get support is by visiting their website and clicking the Digital Assistant button or by telephoning 0333 0153 494.

Open Minds Calderdale provides advice, information, support and signposting on local and national emotional health and wellbeing services that help children, young people and families who are going through a difficult time.
