CREW Newsletter: Gentle Walks For Fitness

The Pulse Bulletin is the newsletter of CREW, the local groups who promote Cardiac Rehabilitation through walking. Each newsletter introduces their hub exercise instructors and walk leaders, has healthy recipes, walks and useful information. At the moment, they are running small group, pre-booked walks and self guided walks and, as ever, they are great people to turn to if you want to improve your physical fitness through gentle exercise.
