Survey: Health & Social Care in Calderdale During COVID-19

Healthwatch Calderdale is gathering feedback about the experiences of anyone who have had contact with, or tried to contact, health and social care services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Health and care services have had to quickly change the way they work and deliver services in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. Whilst they are doing everything they can to keep us safe and well during this crisis, there may be things that can be improved. It’s also a great opportunity to tell us what worked well for you.

It’s our job at Healthwatch Calderdale to listen to people’s experiences and share them with those who can do something about it. We want to ensure the positives in health and care during the Covid – 19 outbreaks are not lost and the negatives do not become the norm.

If you can provide feedback click on this survey:

All feedback will be anonymous and the survey is open until the 28th August 2020.

If you are unable to complete the survey but would like to have your say please contact Healthwatch Calderdale on
