We’d like to thank the Community Foundation for Calderdale who have awarded Disability Partnership Calderdale and grant from their NET Community Resilience Fund.
The grant will specifically help us to communicate more frequently and effectively with our members and other vulnerable and disabled people during the Coronavirus outbreak.
