Emergency Community Foundation for Calderdale Grants

The Community Foundation for Calderdale has set up a new fund to provide grants to organisations who are supporting vulnerable people in the immediate emergency caused by the Corona Virus.

There is a simple application form for organisations who want to apply for grant of up to £3k, see:

Please note that any project work must comply with Government guidance with regard to social distancing etc see: [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/full-guidance-on-staying-at-home-and-away-from-others](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/full-guidance-on-staying-at-home-and-away-from-others)

The application form asks applicants to state how they will comply with the Government requirements.

If your organisation would like to apply for one of the grants, please complete the application form and submit it by Friday 3rd April. The shortish deadline is to enable projects to get up and running quickly.  There will most likely be a second round, based on how much extra income we can generate from current appeals etc.

The Community Foundation for Calderdale has also set up a Local Giving page for people to donate to the Community Resilience Fund: [https://localgiving.org/appeal/CalderdaleCommunityResilienceFund/](https://localgiving.org/appeal/CalderdaleCommunityResilienceFund/)
