Careline365 Service Unaffected by Coronavirus

A reassuring message from the providers of the Careline365 service that many vulnerable people in the area rely on:

From everyone here at Careline365, we want to assure you that our life-saving service will not be affected by this pandemic. We understand that you need us now more than ever and feel it is important to reassure you of the measures that we have always had in place – which are now being utilised – to ensure your Careline service is not disrupted in any way.

 Our focus as always, is on the well-being of our customers and our staff. In order to protect our staff and therefore our customers, we have a proportion of our Care Team working from home, a proportion from isolated offices, and others working from our Care Centre Headquarters which is being deep cleaned and sanitised regularly. If any of our team – or their families – show any symptoms, they will be swapped with those working from home to ensure we always have enough staff to answer your alarm calls. In addition, we have back-up staff who are fully trained on Emergency Call Handling, should the need for them to step in arise.

We are confident that our service will not be disrupted in any way.

Please look after yourself and your loved ones. Self-isolation will be a difficult time for the UK – in particular the elderly. Please help us, help the UK. If you refer someone to our service throughout this crisis, we’ll give you and the person you refer a £20 John Lewis & Partners gift card.
