Halifax and Calder Valley MS Group are launching a brand new exercise class specifically aimed at people in Calderdale who live with MS. They have secured funding for this project from the National Lottery Communities Fund.

You are invited to join them on Saturday 7th March at 10.00am to launch their new Saturday exercise session. Come along and meet and chat to their instructors, Eve and Sophie.
