Making a Complaint

If you would like to make a complaint about an NHS service you have used, such as your GP, hospital and dentist, then Healthwatch Calderdale can offer you some help to do that:

There’s information on how you can make a complaint on their website – You can call or email them to ask for advice and information about your complaint. If you feel you need extra support to make a complaint, they can offer you some help with things like letter writing, planning for complaint meetings, and understanding more about the process of complaining and the laws that support the right to make complaints.

If you need their help, please get in touch by phone on 01422 399433 or email info@healthwatchcalderdale.co.uk

They also have a very useful complaints flow-chart on their website – View Flowchart
