Did you know Victoria Theatre will be offering an integrated signed performance and a relaxed performance of Snow White, their Panto for Christmas 2018? Details are below.
After the Magic Mirror declares Snow White to be the fairest in all the land the Wicked Queen is sent into a jealous rage. Will her friends be able to save Snow White from the Queen’s rage and will they all be able to live happily ever after?
Once again, the Victoria Theatre will have all the ingredients for a perfect family panto, with a dastardly villain, a hapless comic and a hilarious panto dame, as well as spectacular sets and costumes, fabulous songs and dances and bags of slapstick fun!
Neil Hurst is returning to Halifax for his tenth pantomime season, this year as Jingles the Jester and he is being joined by Jolyon Dixon as Dame Dolly Mixture and Felicity Skiera as the Wicked Queen.
Snow White runs at the Victoria Theatre in Halifax, West Yorkshire from Thursday 13 December 2018 until Saturday 5 January 2019.
Snow White Integrated Signed Performance, Saturday 29 December, 5:30pm & Sunday 30 December, 1:00pm.
For this integrated performance, the British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters will be involved in the action on stage and take part in the performances!
Snow White Relaxed Performance, Friday 4 January, 10:30am
This performance is designed to be welcoming to everyone, and especially to adults and children who may feel unable to access theatre performances for a variety of reasons, for example: parents/carers with noisy infants, people who need or want to move around and/or vocalise during the performance, people with dementia, autism or with other complex access and inclusion needs.
