Take Part – Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade

The Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade is an annual celebration of funkiness, the art of the handmade and is just a lot of fun! The magic happens in two weeks of workshops, open to anyone who wants to make costumes, parade art or help create giant puppets. With a crack team of local professional carnival artists, volunteers, guest artists and some killer street bands, we create just the occasion for up to 1000 people to dance down the streets of Hebden Bridge, watched by thousands.

The Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade is on Sunday 24th June. Parade at 11.30; mini-festival in the park from 1.30-4.30pm

Everyone is welcome to the workshops and all the materials are provided, along with as much or as little instruction as you need.
