NHS Fitness Videos

The NHS has a great feature on its website called Fitness Studio – it’s a collection of fitness, movement, flexibility and strength exercises. Whilst physical exercise isn’t something we can all enjoy, there’s a great range of options if you are looking to boost your fitness with some extra exercise?
