Calderdale and Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Groups need your help to design a future service for wheelchair users. They invite you to two events to help them do this. The two events will be held in one central location ‘The Holiday Inn’, Clifton Village, West Yorkshire, Brighouse, HD6 4HW and they would like your support to attend one or both events.
The first event is on Friday 11 May, 9:45am-2:30pm. This event is about sharing what people have already told them about wheelchair services, looking at these findings and making sure they have not missed anything.
The second one is on Friday 20 July, 9:45am -12:15pm. This follow up event is about looking at their proposed model of service and hearing your views about this.
You can register to attend the event using the online link or scanning the QR code (for registration by mobile) below. Or by printing off the registration form and returning to the FREEPOST address at the back of the form.

Places are limited to 80 people so please book before Tuesday 8 May.
The event will give you an opportunity to hear the feedback we have received on the current service, and help to use the feedback to shape a future service.
If you can’t attend the event but would still like to be involved, they will be talking to local people and groups between the 11 May and the 20 July to gather feedback.
